Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

A great location close to eateries and restaurants. For shots visit Applebee's, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The room had fresh upgrades with new floors, bedding, and towels. The fridge was better than most, keeping everything cold and even refreezing my ice packs for the trip back.

Finding the place can be tricky since you have to navigate through a shopping center parking lot. The breakfast situation wasn't ideal, lacking hot items like eggs or sausage during winter stays, and I had to hunt down plates and utensils because they were missing. Parking wasn't cleared well after a snowstorm, which might be a concern if you're not careful.

The Lodge was nice and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I would stay there again if visiting Ithaca?Cornell again.

I definitely did not like the price hike for Fridays/Saturdays stays (100% increase). I mentioned this during check-out and was informed that this was because of the high demands on week-ends. Not exactly a good PR response for sure.

Location

The only room available when I arrived was a heavily used smoking room in a smoking area due to the fact I booked with a 3rd party provider. (They do not guarantee non-smoking rooms for 3rd party bookings.) Room was dirty and not in good condition. Exterior walls of the hotel were in poor condition (Looked like pieces were going to fall off.).

The spacious rooms were convenient for our group, and we appreciated the nice flat-screen TVs for downtime. Just be prepared for limited dining options nearby, but it's worth it for the overall experience.

The room was functional and nice with a sitting area, a writing table and ironing facilities.

Polite staff, satisfactory breakfast, magnificent location near many conveniences and stores/restaurants and the grounds and shopping area. Breakfast with pancakes and bacon, as for instance. Overall awesome stay for the price.
